Little Bonbon offers a flat rate delivery charge of AUD$8.50 per order for Australian customers only. We also offer free shipping for order over $150.00. For reliability and cost effectiveness we only use the Express Post service. Please contact info@littlebonbon.com.au for international shipping rates and estimated delivery times.
Dispatch of Goods
All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of an order being placed.

From the date of postage
24-48 hours: Within most major metropolitan areas.
Please contact us we will do our very best to accommodate you via our courier service. We can also arrange gift wrapping and a card. Please email info@littlebonbon.com.au for more information and prices.
Missing Parcels
On the rare occasion that a parcel does not arrive within the prescribed destination time:
•Check for a postage/courier card, these are quite thin and can be misplaced quite easily
Please allow the full estimated delivery time of 2 days for metro parcels and up to 7 days for all others.
Incorrect Delivery Address & Returned Parcels
In the instance where an incorrect address is provided or a parcel has been returned to Little Bonbon as undeliverable, an extra charge of AUD$8.50 will apply as new postage costs. International postage charges apply too.
Damaged & Missing Baby Clothes and or items from Parcel
Unfortunately from time to time items do get damaged in transit no matter how well we pack it. On the rare occasion this does occur please contact us immediately on receipt of goods, depending on the item and the damage we shall request the item be returned at our expense or ask that you provide us with a photo of the damage. Either way we shall promptly arrange a replacement to be sent.
